Add items to your cart, click the "View Cart" button, calculate your shipping and print the checkout page. Send it along with your check or money order made out to:

When we receive your order, we will email you.
WE SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ONLY. All products created by Aviatrix Enterprises/GringaDinga.com are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. If our products are in stock, your purchase will be shipped within two to three business days. We reserve the right to ship products after our bank receives the funds for each order. Funds are deposited within three business days of your purchase. In most cases, we can get your order out to you within three to five days, but please allow up to two weeks for delivery.
We use use Delivery Confirmation when possible. If you do not receive your order in a timely fashion, please contact us with the pertinent information about your order. You may also call (615) 227-6177 for personal attention. If we're not available, we will return your call as soon as possible.
Some of our products may be one-of-a-kind special orders. In those cases, we will tell you within the product order page what to expect concerning shipping.
We may carry affiliate products that will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.
If you are not satisfied with a product you receive from GringaDinga.com, please email us or call (615) 227-6177 with details about the product you received. We want you to be 100% satisfied and will determine the action we will take on a case-by-case basis. If we find that your product was defective in any way, we will replace it. If your product was damaged in shipping, we may ask you to ship it back to us so that we may view the evidence and make a determination as to whether the product can be replaced.
